The client was keen to start to use their large front garden, which is overlooked by passing cars and pedestrians, sloping up into a corner. They then have a small courtyard that recieves late evening sun which they were keen to get remodelled to improve the appearance. They also wanted a new garden room to enjoy exercising and yoga whilst enjoying a view out onto their garden.

The slope to the existing garden was designed to help it maximise the privacy by cutting out a sunken seating area. A new gravel garden was then created, with additional privacy screens designed from vertical oak sleepers and wire cables for evergreen climbers. Lush new drought tollerant planting was then used to create a oasiss within the urban environment.
