Two Gardens forRental, Charlestown & Lanhydrock, Cornwall
Two projects currently in constructino for a client who owns a portfolio of rental properties through cornwall.
The client undersstood the importance of the garden in selling the properties. Maximising space whilst provding a refuge. this garden, along with the others, all needed to include an area for a BBQ, fire pit and hot tub.
Charlestown - although very small we managed to fit a lot into the garden, partially droppig the garden to the height of the entrance to create a sunken firepit area. the BBQ and hot tub were raised up but provided with privacy under a pergola from the house.
Lanhydrock - tucked into a lovely coutryard, the garden was also overlooked by a number of other rental properties. Corten Stell privacy screen alongside planting were used to maximise the space whilst not limiting light into the properties themselves. A path winding through a gravel garden, surrounded by lush planting, created interest in a relatively flat site. Up lighting was provided to the stone facades.
