Having recently purchased a new hot tub, prior to the installation the client wanted to understand what they could do to the garden to bring various aspects together. They wanted to relocate the seating area closer to the house, while having an area of shade to sit and relax.

They were keen to maximise the unbroken view up the garden out to the sky.

For such a small garden this was quite a challenge! the design used simple geometry and included stained oak raised beds to help frame and delineate the spaces. Light composite decking was used for the new seating area for durability and low maintenance.
