The client recently purchased an old cottage in a small Cornish village they required a large overhaul of both the house and garden. The garden is over 2 acres, with the current focus on the areas surrounding the house. The existing entrance of the house was ill defined and varying levels were incoherent, with a variety of materials out of keeping with the house and surrounding area.

The redesign focused on the area to the front of the house and driveway, reorganising the parking and developing a clear direction both through the garden and up to the front door, stepping through over 2m of level near the front of the house.
